How we store your data
Your information is securely stored in a password-protected data storage system operated by third-party CRM specialist HubSpot. To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we operate all reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We review the retention requirement for all personal information on a regular basis and at maximum once annually. We will only hold your personal information for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.
As soon as personal information is no longer required, we permanently dispose of your information using HubSpot’s secure deletion process.
