Ruby Wax’s Frazzled tops the Sunday Times bestseller list for the second week in a row, as her highly-anticipated tour kicks off tonight

Ruby Wax’s smart and witty A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled has been named the #1 Sunday Times bestseller for the second week in a row. Ruby has spent her career campaigning to raise awareness about mental health, and Frazzled, her second best-selling book, has been easing the minds of Britons since its release in December. She’s shown us all how to de-frazzle our lives by making simple changes that give us time to breathe, reflect and live in the moment. Stephen Fry called Ruby an ‘”extraordinary mind,” and The Times credited Frazzled as being “whip-smart on the subject.”

Tonight, Ruby’s Frazzled national tour begins at Wyllotts Theatre in Potters Bar. Following the sell-out success of her one woman show Sane New World, Frazzled is her biggest tour to date; Ruby will be giving guests a tour of the mind – how to use it, not lose it.
