Ruby Wax's Frazzled hits number 1

A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled by Ruby Wax will top the Sunday Times hardback non-fiction chart in its second week of sales. After sell out events around the country and an intensive PR tour, Ruby sold 6,286 copies of her mindfulness guide last week, toppling the Ladybird Books for Grown Ups range from the top and making it one of the highest selling mindfulness books since sales records began.

This week Ruby will also open the final run of her Sane New World show at the Arts Theatre in the West End, rounding off hugely successful UK tours throughout 2014 and 2015. Ruby will be performing from 19th January until 13th February, tickets are available here.
