London Book & Screen Week 2018 Ambassador Jojo Moyes, who was shortlisted in 2017, will present the 2018 CAMEO awards. Entries close 5th February 2018.
The British Book Awards, or Nibbies, has further expanded its definitive celebration of the
UK’s leading creative industry with the introduction of three new categories this year. Two new
awards – Author of the Year and Illustrator of the Year – will put the spotlight on individuals,
and a new category has been introduced to celebrate audiobooks.
Sally Rooney has been awarded The 2017 Sunday Times/Peters Fraser + Dunlop Young Writer of the Year Award, in association with the University of Warwick for her fearless, sensual novel Conversations With Friends (Faber & Faber), at a special ceremony in The London Library on the evening of Thursday, 7th December.

Throughout December, Monocle – The Winter Weekly will be on newsstands each weekbringing readers a snowier, high-altitude view of the world—from gritty reports to fireside fiction reads.
