Fiona McMorrough, Founder & CEO

With over 25 years’ experience in UK publishing, Fiona is considered one of the leading sector publicists in the UK. Fiona has worked with major authors, public figures and literacy organisations worldwide, has been on the Boards of Publishers and literary charities and has played a strategic role in the conception and launch of high profile industry initiatives. Amongst numerous awards during her career, Fiona has been named in The Bookseller’s 100 Most Influential 2014, 2015 and 2016, GQ’s Most Connected Women 2014, named in Debretts People of Today and the inaugural Hospital Award for Creative Contribution to Books.  Fiona hails from Dublin where she graduated with a Masters in English Literature, UCD. 

Annabel Robinson, Communications Director

In over 15 years at FMcM Associates, Annabel has built a reputation for delivering high profile strategic campaigns for some of the country’s leading arts organisations, publishers, established author brands and debut talent, winning multiple PPC awards for her campaigns. Graduating with a Masters in English Literature, Annabel worked across the breadth of the content industries, from in-house publicist at one of the UK’s leading publishing houses, to content editor at a global tech firm, before joining the team. Daniel Kramb, Communications Manager

Daniel joined FMcM in 2017. Following four years as a journalist at the Financial Times, Daniel was a staff writer at Greenpeace International and a campaign manager and copywriter at a global PR agency. A journalism graduate, Daniel’s passion is for literature: he writes fiction and poetry, has worked as a bookseller, and runs his own publishing imprint, Lonely Coot. He tweets at @danielkramb

Sophie Goodfellow, Communications Manager

Sophie joined FMcM in 2017. Since graduating from Warwick University, she has worked in publicity for five years, delivering strategic and wide-ranging campaigns and securing coverage across all media for no.1 bestselling authors, debut novelists, health and lifestyle figures and literary festivals. Comfortable working with all genres, she has a particular passion for translated and crime titles, and is a judge on the CWA Short Story Dagger. She tweets at @sophieglorita

Ashton Bainbridge, Senior Communications Officer

Ashton studied English Literature at the University of Hull and has experience working in both further and higher education. She joined FMcM in 2016 following over three years at Wiley, working across the publisher’s major brands and franchises and managing successful PR campaigns for books across several key imprints. Finnian Brewer, Communications Assistant

Finnian joined FMcM in 2016 after graduating in English from Cambridge University, where he was also a choral scholar. His previous experience includes telemarketing, bookselling at Harrods, and English language teaching in China and Nepal. He tweets at @finnianbrewer

Rebecca Watson, Communications Assistant

Rebecca recently graduated with a degree in English Language and Literature from University of Oxford. During her degree she worked as Deputy Editor of the university paper, Cherwell, helped lead a national campaign in support of sexual assault victims and started a pop-up book shop.
