Fiona McMorrough, Founder & CEO

With over 25 years’ experience in UK publishing, Fiona is considered one of the leading sector publicists in the UK. Fiona has worked with major authors, public figures and literacy organisations worldwide, has been on the Boards of Publishers and literary charities and has played a strategic role in the conception and launch of high profile industry initiatives. Amongst numerous awards during her career, Fiona has been named in The Bookseller’s 100 Most Influential 2014, 2015 and 2016, GQ’s Most Connected Women 2014, named in Debretts People of Today and the inaugural Hospital Award for Creative Contribution to Books.  Fiona hails from Dublin where she graduated with a Masters in English Literature, UCD. 

Annabel Robinson, Communications Director

In over 15 years at FMcM Associates, Annabel has built a reputation for delivering high profile strategic campaigns for some of the country’s leading arts organisations, publishers, established author brands and debut talent, winning multiple PPC awards for her campaigns. Graduating with a Masters in English Literature, Annabel worked across the breadth of the content industries, from in-house publicist at one of the UK’s leading publishing houses, to content editor at a global tech firm, before joining the team. Emma Mitchell, Communications Director

Emma has joined FMcM in 2018, having worked in UK publishing for 20 years across both publicity and editorial. As publicity director at Hutchinson, Penguin Random House, she lead campaigns for an array of authors from politicians and Hollywood actors to debut authors and bestselling thriller writers.

Ashton Bainbridge, Senior Communications Manager

Ashton studied English Literature at the University of Hull and has experience working in both further and higher education. She joined FMcM in 2016 following over three years at Wiley, working across the publisher’s major brands and franchises and managing successful PR campaigns for books across several key imprints. Daniel Kramb, Communications Manager

Daniel joined FMcM in 2017. Following four years as a journalist at the Financial Times, Daniel was a staff writer at Greenpeace International and a campaign manager and copywriter at a global PR agency. A journalism graduate, Daniel’s passion is for literature: he writes fiction and poetry, has worked as a bookseller, and runs his own publishing imprint, Lonely Coot. He tweets at @danielkramb

Sophie Goodfellow, Communications Manager

Sophie joined FMcM in 2017. Since graduating from Warwick University, she has worked in publicity for over five years, delivering strategic and wide-ranging campaigns and securing coverage across all media for no.1 bestselling authors, debut novelists, health and lifestyle figures and literary festivals. Charlotte Tuxworth, Communications Officer

Charlotte recently graduated with an American Studies degree from the University of Sussex. After a brief stint in digital marketing, she joined the FMcM team in March 2018. She has written for The Times and interned in publishing and journalism prior to graduating.
